With the new Apple Watch, you can keep track of your health

Your Apple Watch will assist you in meeting your sleep goals, tracking vital heart details, checking your blood oxygen levels, and reminding you to wash your hands.

The Heart Rate app on your Apple Watch will send you updates when your heart rate is too high or too low. If an abnormal heart rhythm indicative of Atrial fibrillation is detected, the Apple Watch’s irregular heart rhythm warning will also alarm you. Go to My Watch in the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then tap Heart. Set a heart rate threshold and switch on irregular rhythm alerts after turning on High Heart Rate or Low Heart Rate. Apple Watch will assist you in creating a sleep schedule, tracking your sleep, and reporting on your sleeping patterns over time. To begin, open the iPhone’s Health app and build a sleep schedule.

Carry your watch to bed, and Apple Watch will take care of the rest. You can also use the Blood Oxygen app to monitor the blood oxygen levels directly from your wrist using the Blood Oxygen app. On your Apple Watch, you can see the most recent measurement, and in the Health app on your iPhone, you can see a history of all your readings. Use the Cycle Tracking software to keep track of your menstrual cycle on a regular basis. This knowledge is used by the app to predict your time and fertility window. When you enable Handwashing in the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, your Apple Watch will remind you to wash your hands for 20 seconds, as suggested by international health organizations. If you haven’t washed your hands within a few minutes of returning home, your watch will warn you.

When it comes to hearing loss, most people wait until it’s too late to seek treatment. This is due to the fact that hearing loss develops over time as a result of a combination of genetic and environmental factors, particularly loud music and other noise. Apple’s Noise app, a feature for the Apple Watch that senses loud noise (above 90 decibels) and sends you a warning about the possibility of hearing loss, aims to combat environmental noise. When Apple Watches received WatchOS 6 in September of last year, the Noise app was released.

People joked about those old “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” ads on TV when the apple watch bands series 5 was released with its fall detection feature. People have credited this feature with saving their lives since its release, but falling is no funny matter for people who truly can’t get themselves up. If you fall, the fall detection function will sound an alarm and give you a push notification asking if you’re OK. If you don’t press the push notification and the watch doesn’t detect any movement, it alerts emergency services and pre-designated emergency contacts. Here’s how to make your Apple Watch detect falls.
